REFUND POLICY Better Day Consulting, LLC offers a 180-day money-back guarantee. If we haven't got any results for you in 180 days, you may request a full refund. However, The Client agrees that the only way to remain eligible for our Money Back Guarantee Program is to abide by the following terms:


1. The Client must get, keep, and maintain a credit monitoring service because it will be hard for us to verify what's being removed from your credit reports without a credit monitoring service. We will provide the credit monitoring FREE of charge if you pay your monthly Maintenance Fee and access to your Secure Client Tracking Portal. You also agreed always to share the login details with our team. If, for any reason, you change your login and password to your credit monitoring, you will send a message with those details through your Secured Client Tracking Portal. Failure to do so will void the Money Back Guarantee.


2. The Client must return all received mail from the credit bureaus, creditors, and debt collectors within three days of receiving it or five days from the date of the report or the date of the correspondence. For example, you void your money-back guarantee if you receive any correspondence from the credit bureaus, creditors, or debt collectors on January 1st, and we don't have it by January 5th. You must upload these documents in your Secured Client Tracking Portal. Failure to do so will void the Money Back Guarantee and may terminate your agreement.


3. If you change your address while in our program, you must IMMEDIATELY notify us by uploading the new address on the message tab in your Secure Client Tracking Portal, but no later than 14 days. For example, if you move on January 1st, notify us immediately or no later than January 15th. Failure to do so will void the money-back guarantee. You MUST notify each of the creditors of your new address as well.


4. You MUST always have a working phone number on file so that we can communicate with you. Failure to provide us with a valid working number within three (3) days will void the money-back guarantee. You can upload your new phone number in the Secured Client Tracking Portal by sending us a message on the message tab and updating your personal information section in your Secured Client Tracking Portal.


5. You MUST always have a working email address on file so that we can communicate with you. Failure to provide us with a valid working email address within three (3) days will void the money-back guarantee. You can upload your new email address in the Secured Client Tracking Portal by sending us a message on the message tab and updating your personal information section in your Secured Client Tracking Portal.


6. You must have service with Better Day Consulting for six consecutive months with no account suspension due to non-payment causing reactivation or no skip payments within a six-month period.


7. You must not have had any new negative accounts added to your credit file to include late payments, charge-offs, collections, etc., and must not have paid any collection accounts during the time enrolled in our program. You must notify us within your Secured Client Tracking Portal within 15 days of the new collection account, late payment, or any paid collection account. Failure to do so will void the money-back guarantee.


8. You agree to comply with our recommendations on methods that will help increase your credit score and build positive credit, such as recommending you obtain a secure credit card, unsecured credit card, or a new account that will build a credit history. When you comply with the recommendation, you must notify us through the message tab in your Secure Client Tracking Portal. Failure to do so will automatically void the money-back guarantee.


9. You may not always be able to get us by phone, so you agree to contact us through your Secured Client Tracking Portal or through text at 251-325-6664 to have a record of communication and correspondence throughout this program. Texting is the best way to get a faster response.


10. If we have not removed at least one negative account based on your INITIAL credit report within a 6-month period, the Money Back Guarantee will be valid.


11. We have NOT removed one account within 180 days if you have not only had a prior credit repair service within the past 18 months. (Pay Per Delete Clients Only)


12. If you have taken an affiliate payment from Better Day Consulting, LLC, your Money Back Guarantee will be null in void.
